How to be press ready

Have a clear story you want to tell.

If you feel you need your logo in it think of a way to get it in the photo but now to big.

A pop up banner isn't great for a press photo.

Pick a few key people (5 at the most) This will make your image have more compact

Give us the names and titles of these people before the session

Pick somewhere good to have the shoot. If your based in an office moving the shoot away from that setting makes sense.

Have a short caption (2 lines about the story) and forward that to us the day before. Pick what day you want to us to send the images out. (earlier in the week is best).

If your session is later in the day holding until the next morning to releases is best. We are more than happy to give advice on when would suit your story to got out.

If something unexpectedly happens that is news worthy on the same day you would like to release it might be best to hold a day or two. Being flexible is quite important.
